Citizens Stand Strong in St. Clements: Public Voices Prevail Against High-Density Development
On Tuesday evening, October 28, 2025, more than 150 residents crowded into the RM of St. Clements council chambers (with many more online) for the public hearing on an 80-unit, 200–250 resident low income multi-family development proposed by Schinkel Properties, immediately north of the Narol Fire Hall on Henderson Highway.
